let me grab this chance to thank all of the ladies who sent their application to be a part of i♥scrap creative team. i had only a few applicants but my-oh-my it was difficult sorting out those applications. but just like i said, i only needed a "really few" on my team since i cannot handle large team (not yet). so, many are not chosen but i hope my thank you gift will ease the sadness. hehehe... again thanks.

i haven't emailed those "really few" ladies i chose to be on my team yet but maybe in a couple of days i will. and i will announce who they are after. *wink*

thank you. thank you. thank you.
deeply from the bottom of y heart.

CT CALL???

i have thought about this over and over for the last 2 weeks. *big grin* i was and still am hesitant if i should be doing this or not. if you're a follower here, you would noticed that i seldom update my blog and i am pretty a slow designer as well. i don't even know if i can be able to maintain a creative team. lol! but i thought why not give it a try and see what happens. i want to believe this will help me get advertisement for my store and people and scrappers would know about iscrap. hehehe... well, here we go...

yes, i am having my very first creative team call. and i am choosing only a few (really few) to be with me (i want to start with a small team *wink*) to create at least 1 layout per kit/product (average of 2 kits/product per month, yes, i am one of those slow designers out there *big grin*); to participate in my personal forum (future forum) and mscraps forum; upload layouts to the mscraps gallery and 2 other galleries of your choice; to promote my products through blogs, facebook and/or twitter; and to scrap only with products that inspires you (i would never want to put pressure on my future creative team).

if interested, submit the following:
- your name & username
- a link to your most complete gallery
- a link to your blog and facebook (if any)
- your current ct's or ct experience (if any)
- a little something about yourself

please send an email to iscrapbyinglim@gmail.com
with "ct call" in the subject line by october 21, 2010.

so excited to here from you...

(((hugs)))

sad news...

It's been 10 months since I started on the Songbird Avenue creative team and every month I am always blessed with how the Songbird have touch the lives of many people including me through their site. As I've always said that Songbird Avenue is a great site with a great cause and I am happy to be a part of it. It's my very first site where I became a CT member. But everything has their ending and it is with sadness that Songbird will be saying goodbye, after this month, September 2010, they will be shutting the site down. You can read it here. I will miss them and I wish them (Jan, Meredith, the rest of the designers, and the cts) more blessings.

So, this will ne the last kit for Songbird Avenue... Everyday Moments with Erin Ink as this month's guest designer and for the benefit of Cancer Research Institute.

Here are a couple of layouts from me.
These are my sister's hubby and daughter in Philippines...
...and this is my sister in Qatar and she just celebrated her birthday last July away from her family.

As for this, it's long overdue already for me. This was the August 2010 kit of Songbird Avenue with Audrey Neal as guest designer and for the benefit of 826 National.
Here's my layouts.
My sons during the 1st birthday of our couple friend's daughter.

This is my good friend and her family.

Before I go and eat (lol), I'd like to share this layout to you using Miss Tiina's Woodland Moon kit. You should visit her, too, because she got a new site, Sugar Hill Co. and many goodies in their now.
This is a page I made using the Woodland Moon kit. Our close freinds' son, Liam, sleeping in such a position... cute.

There, I'm done. And dont forget, I have a little sneak peek last night or should I say this dawn about my upcoming album templates and quickpages and I'm giving a way 1 each to 2 ladies. *wink*

Till then... take care...

I thought I'd scrap a page using her cute Children's Hospital stickers and her Vector Photoclippers but I ended up creating 3 layouts... UhhHaaa... 3 layouts... with full page journaling... Miss Tiina's PrettyKits and a couple of Layouts

On the other note... I'd like to share to you a couple of layouts I made using Miss Tiina's colorful, pretty and fun kits Ladybugaboo and Rainbow Floss.

Using Miss Tiina's Ladybugaboo kit and Miss Tiina's MTF Dreamy font...

This is Say... Awing & Resil's daughter. Almost the same age with my youngest son Yano (Yano's 6 days older than Say)

Using Miss Tiina's Rainbow Floss and Miss Tiina's MTF Playtime font...

This is Alex... Clyde & Chris' daughter. I made this layout as our thank you present to them for inviting us to Alex's 1st birthday at Wild Wadi Waterpark Dubai. Kim and Makuy really had a super great time there and it's our first time to be there, too, might even be our last. Hehehe... (It's world-class and expensive???) Hahaha... Thanks to them again.

I hope they all like it...

And before I forget, visit Miss Tiina's blog and store for more wonderful goodies.

Thank you for looking and hope you got inspired by my layouts.

Hopefully I'll be able to release a product (a template) by the weekend or early next week. *crossing fingers*

On the other hand, here a beautiful kit from Songbird Avenue for the March 2010 "Light the Night". The proceed of this kit will benefit The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Our guest designer for this month is the beautiful and talented Kellie Mize of which she created this kit along with the Songbird fabulous designers The Queen of Quirk, Meredith Fenwick, Janet Phillips and Amy Wolff.

This March Kit is so beautiful I can use it over and over again. I even used it with my 1st-4th week Project 365 layouts. Here's my layouts shared:

Hope you'll get inspired by my layouts. The heart-punched frames are my creations and will be released along with the templates (Pagemaker Project 365 Edition Pack 1). You'll not only get so much by only paying $8.00 but what's more important is that you're helping raise funds for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Thank you so much...

MSF provides independent, impartial assistance to those most in need.
