sad news...

It's been 10 months since I started on the Songbird Avenue creative team and every month I am always blessed with how the Songbird have touch the lives of many people including me through their site. As I've always said that Songbird Avenue is a great site with a great cause and I am happy to be a part of it. It's my very first site where I became a CT member. But everything has their ending and it is with sadness that Songbird will be saying goodbye, after this month, September 2010, they will be shutting the site down. You can read it here. I will miss them and I wish them (Jan, Meredith, the rest of the designers, and the cts) more blessings.

So, this will ne the last kit for Songbird Avenue... Everyday Moments with Erin Ink as this month's guest designer and for the benefit of Cancer Research Institute.

Here are a couple of layouts from me.

These are my sister's hubby and daughter in Philippines...

...and this is my sister in Qatar and she just celebrated her birthday last July away from her family.

Here's my layouts.

I was in a scrapping mood 2 days ago and just right on the mood, Miss Tiina had a few new products at her store. I thought I'd scrap a page using her cute Children's Hospital stickers and her Vector Photoclippers but I ended up creating 3 layouts... UhhHaaa... 3 layouts... with full page journaling... UhhHaaa... Hehehe...

Here are Miss Tiina's cute new products...

"What Happened"
I recorded here what actually happened during my delivery. I have posted this on my Facebook and I thought of scrapping about it and hopefully print it out for a record. I considered it the peak of our trials last 2009.

Songbird March Kit "Light the Night"

Just dropping by to share some things to you tonight. Still busy finishing the 3d rendering works. I'm almost done but unfortunately still confuse on doing the lights (the "vray" stuff). Hahaha... Hopefully I'll be able to release a product (a template) by the weekend or early next week. *crossing fingers*

On the other hand, here a beautiful kit from Songbird Avenue for the March 2010 "Light the Night". The proceed of this kit will benefit The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Our guest designer for this month is the beautiful and talented Kellie Mize of which she created this kit along with the Songbird fabulous designers The Queen of Quirk, Meredith Fenwick, Janet Phillips and Amy Wolff.

This March Kit is so beautiful I can use it over and over again. I even used it with my 1st-4th week Project 365 layouts. Here's my layouts shared:

Hope you'll get inspired by my layouts. The heart-punched frames are my creations and will be released along with the templates (Pagemaker Project 365 Edition Pack 1). Do visit the Songbird Avenue blog and get more inspired by the galleries and pass by the store and purchase the kit. You'll not only get so much by only paying $8.00 but what's more important is that you're helping raise funds for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Thank you so much...

Frame Me + Freebie

Hello there.... I've been quite busy this week doing an Auto CAD and 3D work for a food chain but I can't get to stop scrapping instead. *rollingeyes* I got to finish the 3D soon and I have to spend more time with it since I'm a slooooow poke with 3D. It's been centuries since I did a 3D and I have no idea how I will finish this project. Plus I'm sooo hooked with scrapping and designing. Hahaha... Anyways, I though I'll just finish this frames and photomasks for the store and rest from scrapping for a few days to be able to finish the 3D I'm working on (or else I will not get paid and leave a bad impression to the owner... huh... that's bad).

Okay... okay... 5 things from me today:
First, here are my new products in the store now. Frame Me 1. These are 5 swirly frames which you can use to beautify your layouts and you can also recolor the swirly stamps to embellish your layouts. (Just click on the image for the details).

Frame Me 1 - Swirly Frames Collection

Me 2. These are punched photomasks for your photos. They are 4 sets each of landscape and portrait photomasks punched with star, circle, heart and flower. (Just click on the preview for the details).

Frame Me 2 - Punched Photomasks Collection

Second, the Frame Me 1+2. It's a bundle pack of the swirly frames and punched photomasks. You can save when you purchase this instead of the individual packs. *wink* Hehehe... (Again, just click on the preview for details).

Frame me 1+2 - The Bundle pack

Third, here's a couple of layouts from me using Doodelle's 2 Hug is 2 Love kit @ Mscraps:

Fourth... Shop now until Sunday and you'll have 20% discount on them... it's a lot of savings, right? *giggle* And I'm giving away my Frame Me 1 and Frame Me 2 to the 2 of you. Just leave a comment here at the comment section and then by Monday evening, Feb.22 (Dubai time, GMT +4), I will pick up through hand drawing 2 names. Those 2 will choose either Frame Me 1 or Frame Me 2 as their price (whichever they like). *wink* Sounds good? *biggrin*

And fifth, for those who can't make it for the fourth and for those who can't purchase (and only relies on freebies), here's a freebie. A Frame Me freebie consisting of 1 swirl frame and 1 punched photomask. Because I had a great and fun time creating these, I decided to make 1 freebie each. I'm so into making these thing that I believe I'll be doing more of these kinds in the future. Hope you keep on coming back here and at my store.

Download here

That's all. Hope you like them and purchase them.
Have a great weekend pipol... c'',)
